Drew is an Associate in our Employment, Engagement and Equality team. Her expertise spans whistleblowing and discrimination claims, unfair dismissal, internal investigations, non-contentious advice on standard and senior employment contracts, and parental leave policies. Drew advises a diverse range of clients on these issues, from individual litigants to multinational organisations, and is focused on the evolution of employment law under the new Employment Rights Bill, and the For Womens Scotland judgement that alters transgender rights [within employment law]. She also has experience of handling multijurisdictional transactions, as well as matters in the APAC region.
