What I love about working at RPC is that I am surrounded by people who motivate, inspire and encourage each other to reach their best potential, and to do so in a way that works for them.
RPC is a firm where you can truly bring yourself to work. Trainees and Associates are encouraged and empowered to progress their careers on a trajectory that is right for them and within a culture and environment that is friendly and supportive.
RPC is a great place to work. I'm grateful for the opportunities to learn and grow alongside talented and supportive colleagues.
The firm's culture is what makes RPC a great place to work. Having been here now for nearly two years, I can genuinely say that it is not just a case of talking the talk but on the ground, people walk the walk too.
The team is known as the best in the business. It's a wonderful privilege to be part of the crew.
RPC has given me the platform to develop my legal knowledge and provide a supporting environment to assist me with completing the paralegal and solicitor apprenticeship.
The international secondments at RPC are an unforgettable training experience and help to develop a very broad skillset.
As a trainee I've been brought into the heart of fascinating matters and trusted with meeting our most valuable clients, with my supervisors pushing for my exposure and development wherever they can.
Working in RPC's market-leading professional risks team has enabled me to push myself and my potential as a lawyer beyond what I thought I was capable of.
RPC is perhaps the pre-eminent insurance litigation powerhouse in the City. Despite our size relative to our competitors, we 'punch above our weight' and represent clients in some of the most complex and technical disputes in the UK and internationally.
Best of both worlds: as a mum to two young kids, I love that I can do the job I love without having to sacrifice either family time or my career.
Working at RPC means that I get to work with exceptional lawyers and clients, advising on complex, high value and multi-jurisdictional matters in a market leading practice.
