"I have extensive international experience, advising clients based outside of the UK, particularly the US, on UK employment law. I regularly obtain advice from lawyers in other jurisdictions to assist clients and recently this has included working with lawyers in Denmark, Germany, the Netherlands, South Africa and Spain to name a few.  

On every matter, my focus is on achieving a client's commercial objectives while balancing the legal risk. I ensure my clients are well placed to address issues throughout the employment life-cycle, from recruitment through to the end of the employment relationship and that investors and buyers of businesses are fully informed of material risks on the employment side.
