Representing Google in the Google Play litigation in the UK Competition Appeal Tribunal, involving claims by Epic Games and two sets of collective proceedings brought on behalf of a UK consumer class and a UK developer class.
Representing companies in the Frasers Group in a multi-million pound trade mark infringement claim, which included contesting the outcome of an interim application before the Court of Appeal.
Advising an international media business on AI regulatory and compliance matters.
