Neil specialises in mergers and acquisitions, complex corporate transactions, joint ventures and corporate advisory. His focus is largely on corporate deals within the technology, sport, insurance and retail sectors and his clients include professional services firms, technology businesses, sports businesses, and global insurance and reinsurance companies. Prior to joining RPC, Neil worked for Freshfields for eight years advising on high-value transactions for financial institutions.
