Yuki is a commercial disputes specialist, with particular expertise in transactional disputes and international arbitration as well as employment-related matters. She advises a range of clients including auditors, liquidators, quantity surveyors, investment professionals, and those in the retail and consumer, media and not-for-profit sectors. Yuki completed the HKIAC tribunal secretary training programme in 2024.

Defending an auditing firm against a negligence claim commenced by the joint and several liquidators of a company whose Chairman stepped down after admitting to misappropriation.
Advising a retailer in relation to Labour Tribunal dispute commenced by an employee who was terminated while allegedly suffering from a work injury.
Working with Australia, BVI, Singapore counsel in relation to the recovery efforts of an investment company against a Chinese judgment debtor who had dissipated its assets to evade enforcement.
