Rachel is an Associate in our Corporate team, advising private and listed companies across the insurance, technology, retail, pharmaceuticals, mining, and oil and gas sectors. She specialises in UK and cross-border private M&A, investments, group reorganisations, and general corporate governance and advisory issues, and is also experienced in AIM and main market listings, IPOs and reverse takeovers.
With an entirely international practice, Rachel predominantly advises on transactions with cross-border elements, working closely with clients and counsel in other jurisdictions.

Advising MOH Nippon plc (MOH Nippon), the first Japanese company to list on the London Stock Exchange (LSE).
