Armani is an Associate in our Commercial Disputes team, specialising in matters relating to technology and digital assets. She advises and acts for token developers, asset management companies, digital asset trading platforms, semiconductor companies, e-commerce merchants, and insurers.

Armani is adept at resolving a diverse range of issues relating to digital asset and blockchain technology, and regularly advises on risk management, regulatory compliance, and dispute resolution. The majority of her work is on an international scale, with many of her clients based across Asia, Europe and America.

Armani's recent work highlights:

Advising a US stablecoin development company in a dispute with an Asian FinTech company related to the sale of a stablecoin, involving proceedings in the Hong Kong Court and in Singapore arbitration. 

Advising a digital asset exchange in responding to enquiries by the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission about the client allegedly holding itself out to be SFC licensed when it is not. 

Advising a leading semiconductor company on confidentiality and IP assignment matters.
