"My approach to client service and driving lifecycles is to make the client experience as easy and efficient as possible while maximising the benefit to that client."

I love the fact that insurance infiltrates every aspect of life and enables businesses to explore new frontiers and try new things.

The diversity of people I work with on the claims side of insurance is wide and interesting from forensic experts and claims handlers and insureds across a wide variety of business areas.

Internationally I work with solicitors in local jurisdictions to provide strategic advice on local law.

Successful subrogated recoveries have a direct impact on the client's profit, any net recovered sums are pure profit and can make a significant difference to the performance of an insurer.  My approach to client service and driving lifecycles is to make the client experience as easy and efficient as possible while maximising the benefit to that client.

Andrew's recent work highlights
