Rise with RPC

Launched in February 2023 by Associates from RPC’s Insurance team, Rise was created to re-establish in-person networking as workplaces continue to evolve post-pandemic. Since then, Rise has offered clients and peers a programme of events spanning a wide range of topics - from technical insurance insights to personal and career development.

The platform also provides professionals across the Insurance sector with a valuable opportunity to connect with clients and peers at similar stages in their careers.

Rise with RPC Run Club - July 2026

For our first Rise with RPC Run Club, we welcomed a fantastic group of insurance professionals to our very first 5K run. It was great to see so many people come together for an evening of running, networking and making new connections. Rise with RPC Summer Social Quiz - July 2026

In July, we hosted another exciting evening at our annual Rise with RPC Summer Quiz. The evening was filled with fun trivia and friendly competition, where fellow early to mid-career professionals put their knowledge to the test and enjoyed complimentary drinks and pizza on us! It was the perfect balance of fun and relaxation – and was a memorable evening for all.

Rise with RPC Bristol – June 2026

Following the success of Rise with RPC London, we are pleased to have launched the initiative in our Bristol office.

We recently hosted our first Bristol event - the Rise with RPC Bristol Summer Quiz. The evening brought together our mid-career clients for a fun and competitive night of networking, conversation, and connection. With pizza and drinks provided, it was thoroughly enjoyed by all.

Rise with RPC Breathwork Session & Breakfast – February 2026

Hosted at our Tower Bridge office overlooking the tranquil waters of St Katharine Docks, this event offered an opportunity to take a mindful pause from the busy working week. The morning began with a guided breathwork session led by Hristina, a Senior Yoga & Pilates Teacher, who introduced breathing techniques designed to regulate the nervous system, manage stress and boost energy in today’s busy work environment. The session was followed by a healthy breakfast and relaxed networking, leaving attendees feeling refreshed and re-energised.

Rise with RPC x The Curve – October 2025

This event with the hugely popular finance podcasters The Curve at our Tower Bridge offices included cocktails, canapés, and relaxed networking. The Curve, who aim to make investing education accessible and engaging, led a podcast-style session and Q&A on how investing can be more powerful than saving. Attendees gained valuable insights, including myth-busting, stock market basics, short vs long-term strategies and guidance on building an emergency fund and maximizing monthly income.

Rise with RPC x GANG (Global Access Next Generation) – March 2025

Rise and GANG (Global Access Next Generation) joined forces earlier in the year to host a panel discussion on the lifecycle of a claim from a cross-border perspective, with speakers from RPC, HMN (France), and Kennedy Van der Laan (The Netherlands). Attendees had the chance to gain global insights and expand their networks.
