RPC advises Seraya AQX on its acquisition of SPTel

International law firm RPC advised Seraya AQX, a Tokyo-based digital infrastructure investment platform owned by Seraya Partners, on its acquisition of SPTel, a Singapore-based enterprise fibre network operator.

The deal marks a key step in AQX's connectivity growth strategy, enhancing its presence in the SG+ digital infrastructure space and supporting its ambition to scale SPTel into a leading provider of enterprise and data centre connectivity.

RPC's Corporate M&A team advised on the transaction, drawing on cross-disciplinary expertise across corporate, technology, IP and regulatory matters.
