RPC advises PERSUIT on its acquisition of Apperio

International law firm RPC advised PERSUIT, a leading platform for outside counsel selection and management, on its acquisition of Apperio, a legal spend management solution trusted by in-house legal teams around the world.

The deal marks a key step in PERSUIT's growth strategy, expanding its platform with real-time spend insights from UK-based Apperio, to offer legal departments a unified solution for selecting, managing, and evaluating outside counsel.
 
RPC advised on the English law aspects of the transaction, drawing on its cross-disciplinary expertise to support PERSUIT's continued investment in innovation and global growth. The RPC team was led by Karen Hendy, Partner and Head of Corporate and Commercial, and Rupert Wyles, Senior Associate, working closely with colleagues across the Corporate team.
