My work is consumer facing, international, current, and fast-moving. I am constantly working with amazing people at the cutting edge who really know their sectors.

My approach to client relationships is fundamentally people-first. My focus is on understanding what really matters to both individuals and organisations so I can fully support them in what they’re trying to achieve. That requires great communication skills – and the ability to really listen is just as important. It’s all about grown-up partnerships based on mutual respect and ongoing feedback.

Acted as corporate adviser to FTSE listed Frasers Group on multiple domestic and international transactions (public and private).

Supported international fintech company Ebury’s expansion, including its £350m investment from Santander. 

Worked with clean energy company Ceres, including acting as issuer's counsel on its transfer from AIM to the premium segment of the main market of the London Stock Exchange.
