RPC advises H&P Advisory on Tungsten West fundraising

International law firm RPC has advised Hannam & Partners on the equity placing and subscription raising £41.37 million for Tungsten West Plc, an AIM-listed mining company.

As part of the fundraising, Tungsten West appointed Hannam & Partners as sole bookrunner and placing agent. The RPC team was led by Partner James Channo with support from Senior Associate Janice Chan who advised Hannam & Partners in connection with the accelerated bookbuild and subscription. The transaction involved an equity placing, subscription and retail offer. The placing and subscription were more than 2.5 times oversubscribed, with strong support from investors.
