RPC advises Frasers Group on public takeover bid for HUGO BOSS
International law firm RPC is advising Frasers Group on its €1.98bn takeover bid for HUGO BOSS.
The voluntary public takeover offer, which announced on 10 June, would see the London-listed retail group own the remaining c74% of HUGO BOSS shares not currently held by Frasers. The offer is expected to complete in the second half of 2026.
The RPC team is led by Corporate Partners Karen Hendy and Connor Cahalane. The duo are also advising Frasers on its £166m bid for Australian listed, Accent Group, announced today.
The transactions underscore the firm's strength in public company transactions, and its trusted role advising leading retail and consumer brands.
