"My experience spans several sectors, with a strong focus on consumer brands and retail. I have advised on numerous transactions in this space and particularly enjoy getting to know each client’s business in depth and the sector-specific considerations. This approach allows me to provide advice that is both practical and tailored to their needs. 

Many of the clients I work with and the deals I advise on are international. In a former role I helped foreign investors (strategic and institutional) to invest in India. Since moving to London, I continue to work in M&A, advising on deals across different jurisdictions.
