• Defending a major international accountancy firm against a $250m+ professional negligence claim through a full trial following the collapse of a listed company as the target of a short-seller report.
• Advising trustees-in-bankruptcy on bankruptcy administration, including bankruptcies of two prominent PRC investors that arose out of a HKD600m+ syndicated loan to finance the acquisition of Baccarat SA, a leading luxury crystal manufacturer: see [2024] 5 HKLRD 34 (appearing on behalf of the trustees).
