Gowri is a Senior Associate in our IP and Technology Disputes team. She has extensive experience managing complex commercial disputes, with a focus on consumer, competition and regulatory matters. Gowri acts on a variety of high-value, high profile, litigation matters for tech and entertainment clients, often with an international element.

Representing Google in the competition litigation brought by Epic Games, a consumer class, and a developer class – one of The Lawyer's Top 20 Cases for 2026.

Defending a large exchange in the UK's first competition class action relating to cryptocurrency originally valued at c. £10bn.

Advising clients on coordinating and managing litigation in multiple jurisdictions.

Advising clients on managing a variety of regulatory issues related to gaming and ecommerce platforms including eg in-app / in-game monetised features, use of premium and virtual currencies, age-rating and consumer protection requirements.
