Stefanie Edwards
Early Talent Manager
London | Bristol
Our solicitor apprenticeship programme is aimed at school leavers who want to kick-start their career with us. The next intake will join our Bristol office in September 2026. We recruit in Bristol and London in alternate years, which means the following intake will be based in our London office in September 2027.
In the first year, apprentices join our Legal Matter Support team, before completing three 12-month placements across different legal departments. The final two years are spent in the training contract rotation. This structure provides a broad and in-depth understanding of many areas of law, ensuring apprentices are well prepared for qualification.

This assessment has been designed specifically for RPC, following in-depth analysis of the attributes needed to succeed as a solicitor apprentice here. At the end, you will also receive a personalised feedback report to support your development.
There are preparation tips and further guidance available on the Prep Hub.
