Health and safety law update, December 2016

Welcome to the December issue of our health and safety law update.

In this edition we look at the health and safety stories that have recently hit the headlines including three contractors facing prosecution over a worker's death during the construction of Crossrail. In addition, we look at the latest fines and sentences that have been handed down including a production company being fined £1.6m following an injury to the actor, Harrison Ford, whilst filming Star Wars: The Force Awakens.
