Welcoming Hilda Chan to our partnership

Boosting our corporate practice with China market expertise

We’re pleased to share that Hilda Chan will join RPC on August 4 as a Partner in our Hong Kong office, strengthening our Asia corporate practice.

Hilda brings more than 15 years’ experience advising clients on M&A, private equity, capital markets, restructurings and general corporate matters. She also has a growing tech practice, advising on data privacy, cybersecurity, and transactions involving emerging companies. Her cross-border expertise and long-standing PRC client base will help to re-establish RPC’s Mainland China-focused corporate offering.

Hilda joins us from Nixon Peabody and is fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin. She will work closely with Andrew Carpenter in Hong Kong and with Kenneth Leong and Kiat Wee Lau in Singapore to continue growing our Asia-wide transactional capability.
