RPC recognised in The Legal 500’s Future Lawyers survey
International law firm RPC has been recognised by The Legal 500’s Future Lawyers trainee solicitor survey for excellence in its secondment and hybrid working opportunities.
The firm was named a winner in three categories: client secondments, international secondments, and work from home. These results reflect RPC’s commitment to giving its trainees hands-on experience, international exposure, and flexibility in how they work.“We are proud to see our trainees rate us so highly in these areas,” said Laura Stocks, Partner and Training Principal at RPC. “Providing opportunities to gain direct client experience, work overseas, and balance professional and personal life is central to how we develop future lawyers.”
RPC’s training programme is built on real client engagement, meaningful responsibility, and a supportive culture. The firm offers secondments across its offices and with major clients, giving trainees insight into both private practice and in-house environments. Its hybrid working model combines flexibility with collaboration, underpinned by trust and accountability.
RPC was also recently recognised among the RateMyPlacement Best 100 Student Employers 2024/2025, ranking 11th in law, reinforcing its reputation as a leading firm for early careers.
