RPC announces London office move to 10 Devonshire Square
International law firm RPC is relocating its London headquarters to 10 Devonshire Square (DSQ), a Grade II-listed, restored historic warehouse in the heart of the City, after 20 successful years at Tower Bridge House.
The move marks a major milestone for the firm and reflects its commitment to providing a flexible, dynamic and sustainable workplace that supports its people, clients and future growth ambitions. Following consultation across the firm and a rigorous selection process, DSQ 10 was selected as the ideal location to turbo-charge RPC's long-term, strategic goals.

A new home for RPC
RPC will take sole occupation of DSQ 10, giving the firm the flexibility to develop a bespoke environment tailored to its specific needs. The Grade II-listed building combines heritage architecture with cutting edge office specifications and outdoor space, including a private roof terrace. The building compromises 67,023 sq ft over five floors, and will be fully redesigned to support collaborative, hybrid working and a premium client experience.
Reflecting RPC's culture and ambitions, DSQ 10 runs on fully renewable energy, incorporating carbon offsetting methods and facilities that support sustainable commuting and wellbeing.
