International law firm RPC, together with the Centre for Legal Leadership (CLL), is proud to share the Junior to Mid-Level Lawyer Network (JMLN) has won the Community Impact Award at the Leadership, Influence & Inclusivity Awards 2025.

The award celebrates a team that has delivered a high‑impact initiative rooted in purpose, collaboration and long‑term benefit for the broader community.

The CLL, founded by RPC, is a professional development community for in-house lawyers that provides thought leadership, practical programmes and peer networks. The JMLN was launched in 2024 to give early to mid-career lawyers the space to connect, grow and feel empowered.

The initiative, shaped by the junior lawyers it serves, focuses on building long-term peer networks, offering practical career and personal development support, and providing a platform for underrepresented voices across the legal community.

Rebecca Carter, Head of the CLL, said: "We are delighted JMLN has been recognised for its community impact. This award celebrates the power of junior voices, and we look forward to continuing to expand the network and its impact."

Charles Buckworth, RPC Partner and CLL Champion, said: "JMLN shows what happens when the legal profession collaborates. By backing junior voices, we are building a more connected, confident and inclusive community of future legal leaders."
