RPC and auticon launch pioneering Neuroinclusive Leadership programme to support employers with neuroinclusion

International law firm RPC has partnered with global consultancy auticon to launch Neuroinclusive Leadership, a first-of-its-kind CPD-accredited programme designed for senior leaders who want to build organisational capability and confidence around neuroinclusion.

Around one in five people are neurodivergent, which includes autism, ADHD, dyslexia and dyspraxia. For employers, the implications are significant, with disability discrimination now one of the fastest-growing areas of employment litigation. Neuroinclusion knowledge is now essential for all organisations.

The pioneering joint programme, Neuroinclusive Leadership, responds to rapidly growing awareness of neurodiversity and what it means for organisational culture, governance and legal compliance

Designed for senior leaders and people managers, this masterclass equips participants with the knowledge to understand legal responsibilities, navigate reasonable adjustments, and make informed decisions that support fair, inclusive and effective leadership. It also explores the organisational, financial and human costs of inaction, helping leaders prevent avoidable issues from escalating into formal, costly and psychologically impactful workplace disputes.

Combining practical employment and equality law guidance with neuroinclusion expertise which is grounded in professional practice, psychological theory and lived experience, the programme builds lasting leadership capability to embed meaningful neuroinclusive practices, enabling more employees to perform at their best and helping organisations realise a stronger return on investment in their people.

Delivered jointly by RPC and auticon, the programme helps senior leaders understand their organisation's obligations under the Equality Act 2010, recognise how culture and communication affect inclusion, and develop practical ways to create workplaces that build organisational performance and are both legally compliant and genuinely inclusive.

Commenting on the programme, Kelly Thomson, Partner and ESG Strategy Lead at RPC, said: "Neuroinclusion is about more than the law – it's also about culture and leadership. Neuroinclusive Leadership helps leaders turn good intentions into everyday practice; so they meet their obligations, make better decisions, and ultimately build workplaces where more people can do their best work."

Rachel Pears, RPC's Associate Director – Responsible Business & Employment Counsel, added: "Neuroinclusion is a hallmark of modern leadership. Drawing on more than 15 years of experience as a majority-autistic organisation, auticon has developed, tested, and embedded neuroinclusive practices that help leaders create workplaces where neurodivergent people can thrive. This masterclass combines auticon's practical expertise with RPC's legal insight, equipping leaders with the confidence, knowledge, and tools to bridge compliance, culture, and inclusive leadership."
