RPC advises the majority sellers of Cyberseer on its sale to Redsquid

International law firm RPC has advised the majority sellers of Cyberseer Limited, a UK-based managed security service provider, on its sale to Redsquid, an award-winning IT managed services provider.

Cyberseer is recognised for its expertise in advanced threat detection and response. Through the acquisition, Redsquid will expand its cutting-edge IT solutions across cyber security, voice and data, and cloud and technology services.
 
The RPC team was led by Partner Jeremy Cunningham and Senior Associate Josh Smith, with support from Associate Timothy Galland and the firm's Mergers & Acquisitions team.
