RPC advises Flying Tiger Copenhagen on its sale to Modella Capital

International law firm RPC has advised Danish retailer Flying Tiger Copenhagen on its sale to specialist retail and consumer investment boutique Modella Capital.

RPC advised on certain English law aspects of the acquisition, which will see Modella expand its international reach and support the retail company's continued global development.

The RPC team comprised Corporate Partners James Mee and Emily McGregor and Banking and Finance Partner Sukh Ahark, alongside Banking and Finance Associate Ryan Johnson.
