Nicholas Lauw once again named among world's leading IP strategists in IAM Strategy 300
Nicholas Lauw, Partner and Head of Asia's Tech and IP practice at international law firm RPC, has been recognised as one of the world's leading IP strategists for the second year in a row in the IAM Strategy 300 2026 guide.
Nicholas is a highly respected technology and IP lawyer, with over 20 years of experience advising clients on high-value contentious and non-contentious matters, spanning technology, digital assets and data protection. He is one of few practitioners in Singapore with deep expertise in technology patent disputes, and has acted in some of the region's largest and most complex IP rights cases.
He also supports clients on strategic technology and IP transactions – covering software and SaaS, services and content arrangements, and franchising and co-manufacturing – and advises on emerging Web3 issues, including NFTs and the tokenisation of digital assets.
The IAM Strategy 300 is published annually by Intellectual Asset Management, and recognises the individuals who set the standard for IP strategy worldwide. This marks the second year in a row Nicholas has been recognised, showcasing his leadership in the field, and underscoring RPC's commitment to delivering market-leading IP advice to clients across the world.
