"I enjoy the challenge of solving complex problems faced by my clients and thrive on finding practical and commercial solutions to best suit their needs.
My work spans a broad range of commercial disputes and no two cases are ever the same, but I always work tirelessly to achieve the best possible outcome for my clients. Many of my cases have a fraud element and these cases are particularly rewarding when we succesfully resolve them."
William's recent work highlights:
Currently representing the Proposed Class Representative in the first 'environmental' collective action competition claims in the Competition Appeal Tribunal against water companies for alleged market abuse.
Acting for corporate victims of cross-border authorised push payment (APP) frauds seeking to recover stolen funds.
Acted in an LCIA Arbitration for the liquidators of an oil and gas company successfully bringing a breach of contract claim relation to a project in Georgia.
