Associate
Vincent is an Associate in our Disputes team. He advises clients ranging from multinational corporations and professional firms to high-net-worth individuals on commercial disputes including complex cross-border litigation and arbitration matters, and financial regulatory defence. Vincent is also actively involved in pro bono initiatives for the firm and has supported a number of charitable organisations with their legal matters.
Vincent is fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.

Representing officers of listed companies in SFC regulatory investigations and enforcement actions in connection with commercial crimes.
Defending a Big Four accountancy firm in parallel litigation and arbitration proceedings related to claims for over $540m in respect of alleged negligence in carrying out annual audits of a listed PRC corporation.
