"I specialise in advising construction professionals and their insurers on professional negligence claims. I enjoy this work because it allows me to provide a calm and thoughtful approach to what is otherwise a stressful and resource intensive time for a business.

 I am pragmatic, commercial and creative in my thinking and seek to identify early Alternative Dispute Resolution opportunities and, where required, robust litigation strategies.

I seek to understand the technical calculations and decisions which underpin the practice of construction professionals. That understanding allows me to identify ways to manage and resolve disputes blending commercial, legal and technical approaches.

Prior to joining RPC, I practiced at a leading Australian insurance and construction law firm. I have appeared in the Federal Court of Australia and the Supreme Courts of Victoria, New South Wales, Queensland and the Northern Territory."
