Richard advises clients globally across fintech, financial services, asset management, insurance, private equity, venture capital and retail. He specialises in corporate transactions and advisory covering investments, acquisitions, disposals, restructurings, joint ventures, partnerships and exits. He has extensive knowledge of the private capital ecosystem, having advised both sponsors and investors on the establishment, investments and disposals of private equity and venture funds whilst based in London and the Channel Islands.
Before joining RPC, Richard worked as in-house legal director at one of the UK's leading fintechs, giving him first-hand experience of the challenges and opportunities faced by fast-growth companies.
