Julius specialises in complex litigation, international arbitration, investigations, crisis management and strategic counselling. He has acted at every level of the English judicial system, in arbitrations under the major institutional rules and before specialist tribunals. Julius acts for leading corporates, financial institutions and high-profile individuals across a wide spectrum of risks. A core focus of his practice is advising private capital clients – family offices, high-net-worth individuals, entrepeneurs and owner-managed businesses – in complex disputes, often where legal issues are intertwined with reputational considerations and personal dynamics, including shareholder and family business matters, contractual claims and allegations of fraud.

"I build close, long-term relationships with clients, acting as a trusted sounding board on their most sensitive issues and helping them navigate both the legal position and the wider strategic and reputational considerations."

"I bring clear judgement to complex matters, identifying the key pressure points early and aligning legal strategy with clients’ commercial objectives, particularly where reputational risks or sensitive personal dynamics are involved.

I treat my clients’ businesses as my own, investing time to understand how they operate and where the real risks lie so my advice reflects their commercial reality. I build close, long-term relationships with clients, acting as a trusted sounding board on their most sensitive issues and helping them navigate both the legal position and the wider strategic and reputational considerations.

I have significant cross-border experience, with a particular focus on the Middle East and CIS. I regularly advise on multi-jurisdictional disputes, investigations and enforcement matters, coordinating with local counsel and navigating different legal systems, regulatory frameworks and cultural dynamics."
