Acting for reinsurers in a CIETAC arbitration commenced by a leading bank against a PRC insurance company in respect of claims for indemnity under a liability insurance arising from a bond default.

Acting for an insurer as coverage and monitoring counsel in respect of Hong Kong court proceedings involving claims for misrepresentation and related settlement negotiations.
