“I am commercial and empathetic, a combination that allows me to fully understand and deliver my client's business needs whilst treating them with consideration and compassion.”
“I am fortunate to work with clients who prioritise making a difference in the health and care sector. I value and respect them and want the best for their organisations so they can continue to thrive. I get to know their business, and the individuals behind them, and am trusted to navigate them through difficult and often emotionally charged legal challenges. I deliver great results so that they can continue to do their important work.
I understand the different priorities and challenges that my insurer clients face. I have also been seconded to an insurer client so have the benefit of knowing what they need from their lawyers and how to make their lives easier. I ensure that their insured clients feel supported and understood whilst keeping the commercial drivers of the insurer at front of mind. I am strategic in reaching solutions that best satisfy my clients' needs.
I am valued by my clients for my proactive, commercial and personable approach. I prioritise speaking with and seeing my clients in person so I can build the trusted relationship that they deserve. I always want my clients to feel comfortable with me and to know that I am on the other end of the phone if they need any advice.
