Charmaine is a corporate lawyer with significant experience acting as vetting counsel to warranty and indemnity (W&I) insurance underwriters. This builds on her broader corporate and transactional experience. She is qualified in both Singapore and England and Wales, and spent 3 years in RPC's London corporate team before returning to Singapore in early 2026 to join the Singapore office.
