Ben is an Associate in our Corporate team, specialising in corporate and transactional matters with particular emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, and fund formation. He is also experienced in advising on the full specturm of corporate transactions including minority investments, joint ventures, and strategic reorganisations, as well as the implementation of robust governance structures, and cross-border regulatory and compliance issues.

Ben's client base is wide-ranging, including multinational corporations, private equity funds, and fast-growing companies, and his cases often span multiple jurisdictions – he has worked with clients and counterparties across Asia, Europe, and North America.
