"I focus on outcomes, not just process, and work closely with clients to align dispute strategy with broader business objectives."
"My practice spans several sectors, in particular infrastructure, energy and projects; technology, digital and life sciences; and financial services and investments. Working within these sectors exposes me to matters that are factually and technically complex and require close coordination with experts and stakeholders. What I enjoy most about the disputes I act on is the strategic dimension - helping clients navigate not just legal risk, but commercial, enforcement and reputational considerations across jurisdictions. My entire career has been international in scope. I have practised in Singapore, Hong Kong and India and have acted in arbitrations involving parties, projects and assets across Asia, Africa, the Middle East, Europe and North America. I have represented clients in disputes governed by English, Singapore and Indian law, among others, and advised on parallel court proceedings, enforcement and award challenges in multiple jurisdictions. Having also spent time at SIAC, I bring a strong institutional and procedural perspective that complements my counsel-side experience.
Clients value my ability to combine strategic judgment, technical arbitration expertise and commercial realism, especially in high-stakes and sensitive disputes. I place a strong emphasis on proactive and transparent communication and provide clear, decisive advice that helps clients to make informed decisions. I focus on outcomes, not just process, and work closely with clients to align dispute strategy with broader business objectives."
