Advising a leading Asian private equity firm on its USD 50 million claim against an Asian telecommunications group in relation to the redemption of notes, including related winding up and bankruptcy proceedings in the BVI and Singapore.

Acting for a Big Four audit firm in the defence of a professional negligence claim brought by its former audit client, with alleged loss of c. RMB 4 billion, including in a related interlocutory application for a letter of request to be issued to the Mainland Court to enable the transfer of audit working papers from Mainland China to Hong Kong for production ([2025] HKCFA 17). 

Acting for a Big Four audit firm in the defence of parallel litigation and arbitration proceedings brought by its former audit client, involving claims in excess of US$540 million in respect of alleged negligence in the conduct of annual audits of a listed PRC corporation.
