Advising a global retailer on the acquisition of a sports stadium, in particular the IP and commercial aspects of the deal relating to naming rights and utilisation of advertising spaces. 

Advising on a sponsorship and partnership agreement relating to the provision of branded sports equipment for a major sports tournament. 

Providing regulatory advice to directors of a plc on the reuse of prohibited company names. 

Assisting with a claim against a former director and CEO for breach of directors' duties in relation to a failed IT systems project.
