These include the following:

• instructions are given to the agency only by a member of RPC's recruitment team
• candidate's details must be submitted via RPC's applicant tracking system (ATS) to be considered a valid introduction and in accordance with our terms
• no variation of our agreed standard terms will be recognised unless expressly agreed in writing by RPC's recruitment team

RPC will not accept speculative or unsolicited CVs / profiles whether sent to RPC's recruitment team, partners, or any other RPC employee.  No fees will be payable in respect of such speculative or unsolicited CVs and we do not accept any agency terms and conditions in relation to them. 

Agencies or preferred suppliers must not misrepresent their relationship with RPC, suggest, advertise, or imply to candidates that they have been instructed by RPC in respect of a vacancy unless this has been authorised by RPC's recruitment team. Agencies must not suggest to candidates that their CV has been submitted when RPC has not given access to the ATS for this purpose.

Where agencies do not comply with this Agency Policy, RPC will have no liability to pay any fee, expenses or charges to an agency in respect of that candidate. RPC reserves the right to contact, engage with and/or hire that candidate directly and no agency fee or otherwise will be payable in any circumstance. Any such submission will be treated as made on a non-exclusive, non-confidential basis.

Failure to observe the above and submission of any unsolicited CVs and/or profiles will constitute full acceptance of this Agency Policy and RPC's position of non-liability for any related fees.
