This website is provided by Reynolds Porter Chamberlain LLP (RPC LLP/we/us/our), a limited liability partnership, registered in England and Wales with registered number OC317402, whose registered office is at Tower Bridge House, St Katharine's Way, London E1W 1AA. It is a body corporate, which has members whom we refer to as "partners". The firm is regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority. A list of members' names is available for inspection at the registered office.

Your information will be held by RPC LLP, which is part of the RPC Businesses that this website supports. The RPC Businesses are a network of affiliated firms, comprising RPC LLP and RPC Coordinating Limited in England, Reynolds Porter Chamberlain in Hong Kong, and Premier Law LLC and RPC Premier Law Pte Ltd in Singapore.

RPC LLP (ICO registration Z6620421) is the data controller responsible for processing the personal data you provide to us on this website.

RPC LLP is committed to managing personal data securely and effectively.  We will only keep the personal data required to undertake our business processes and will only share or transfer the data you provide us for the purposes outlined below. We will always provide you with the ability to opt-out of electronic direct marketing and provide options to select which news and information you receive.

What information do we collect and from whom?

We collect and process personal data about you when you use our website, register an interest in an event, or request that we contact you voluntarily. The personal data we process includes:

With whom and where will we share your personal data?

How long will you keep my personal data?

We will not keep your personal information for any purpose(s) for longer than is necessary and we will only retain the relevant personal information that is necessary in relation to the purpose. We are also required to retain certain information by law or if it is reasonably necessary to meet regulatory requirements, resolve disputes, prevent fraud and abuse, or enforce our terms and conditions.

We will retain your data until you opt-out of receiving electronic direct marketing or for two years from the date of your last consent to receive electronic marketing.

We may retain your data for a short time beyond the specified retention period, to allow for information to be reviewed and any disposal to take place.

Where is my data stored?
