Consumer Products & Services

As trusted advisors to many household names our experts in products and services law work with  restaurants, retailers, hotels, online platforms and telecoms providers.

Our focus is on your business and our goal is to offer practical, commercial advice to support your business decisions.

We advise on the introduction of new products across a range of industries such as food and drink, fashion, tech and household goods. As for consumer services, our experience includes food delivery, packaged mobile deals, payment services, service and maintenance plans, travel and hospitality services and delivery and logistics.

Ranked as Tier 1 by Legal 500 and Band 1 in Chambers legal directories, our team comprises market leading lawyers to work seamlessly across practice areas delivering advice on all aspects of consumer products and services including commercial contracts, IP, brands, advertising and marketing, labelling, data advisory and regulatory compliance. We are your one-stop-shop for consumer advice.

And we work closely alongside business teams at each stage of the development or restructuring of a product or service. We regularly advise on critical initial matters (such as route to market strategy) through to actual roll-out and any on-going issues.
