In 2023, we partnered with Unmind to strengthen and simplify access to mental wellbeing support across the firm. Our goal was to empower earlier intervention by making confidential, flexible support easier to access before challenges escalate.
Today, colleagues across our offices in London, Bristol, Hong Kong and Singapore can access a consistent wellbeing experience through a single platform combining therapy, coaching and AI-powered support tools, including Nova.
The impact has been significant:
• 10% reduction in mental health-related PMI claims between 2024 and 2025
• 1,591 therapy and coaching sessions delivered since launch
• 87% of employees report being fully aware of available wellbeing resources
• 83% feel able to openly discuss mental wellbeing with their manager
By taking a proactive and joined-up approach to wellbeing, we are helping to normalise conversations around mental health while ensuring our people can access the right support, at the right time, in a way that works for them.
