APPLY NOWThe starting salary for our solicitor apprentices is £23,000 in Bristol and £25,000 in London. Your salary will increase as you progress through the programme, and in your final two years, you will be paid the same as the trainees in your location. The firm will also provide a welcome bonus of £2,000 a few months before you join to assist with accommodation and workwear expenses.

Each apprentice is assigned a supervisor, who will be your main point of contact for all work-related matters.
To support the pastoral side of your role, you’ll also be paired with a buddy who will help you settle into the firm and provide guidance as you navigate your apprenticeship.
At RPC, we dress for our day, using professional judgment to choose appropriate attire. We embrace all hairstyles and religious or cultural dress. This means you might wear more traditional business attire for certain events, while dressing more casually for internal meetings or with clients who are comfortable with a relaxed dress code.
For interviews or the summer scheme, we recommend traditional business wear, although a suit is not required. If you have any questions about dress or hairstyles during the recruitment process, please contact the Early Talent team.
