RPC announces partnership with Raising the Glass to support inclusion, connection and growth across the drinks industry

International law firm RPC has become the Community Partner of Raising the Glass and its exclusive Legal Sector partner, supporting it's award-winning network for women and allies across the drinks industry.

Raising the Glass is the UK's first-of-its-kind network for women and allies in drinks, founded in 2024 by Rebecca Oliver-Mooney. It brings together a UK-wide community spanning drinks, retail, hospitality and FMCG, creating opportunities for connection, visibility and support through events and impact-driven community initiatives.

The partnership reflects a shared commitment to backing the people who build the sector, from founders and brand leaders to buyers, operators and the wider hospitality sector, and to strengthening the relationships, representation and wellbeing that help businesses grow sustainably.

For RPC, the partnership is a practical expression of its commitment to inclusion and wellbeing, aligned to its long-standing work with consumer-facing businesses. It also reflects RPC’s focus on supporting ambitious brands and the people behind them, by showing up in the spaces where the sector builds trusted relationships and shares the insights that shape its future.
