Represented one of the UK's largest construction groups in defence of multiple claims involving alleged defects in the design and construction of the concrete frame of several significant developments.
Acted on behalf of a construction professional in defence of a claim regarding an alleged failure to warn of existing building defects, resulting in consequential losses to a third party.
Acted on behalf of an Insurer investigating the response of a professional indemnity policy to a claim for cover brought by a fit-out contractor involved in an adjudication, with allegations of over 1,500 building defects and complex coverage issues.
