Ken is an Associate in our Disputes team. He advises a diverse range of clients, from multinational corporations to individual professionals, on professional liability claims, disciplinary complaints and regulatory compliance and investigations, as well as cybersecurity and data protection.

He has experience in advising clients on inquiries and investigations instituted by key regulators in Hong Kong, including the Securities and Futures Commission (SFC), The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, the Accounting and Financial Reporting Council (AFRC), the Independent Commission Against Corruption (ICAC) and the Insurance Authority.

Ken also advises on cross-border cyber and data matters and works closely with local counsel in many jurisdictions including Singapore, mainland China, Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia, The Philippines, the UK, France, and the USA.
