Acting for the Claimant in High Court proceedings relating to the ownership and control of Aeroitalia SRL.

Ebury Partners Belgium SA/NV v Technical Touch BV [2022] EWHC 2927 (Comm). Acting for the Claimant on a successful application for an interim anti-suit injunction, restraining the pursuit of proceedings brought in Belgium. It was one of the earliest reported cases in which the Court exercised its powers to grant anti-suit relief in respect of proceedings in the courts of an EU member state. 

Acted for one of the five Defendants to a claim being brought by two shareholders of a company specialising in the infrastructure of local Internet Service Provider delivery using fibre broadband technology. 

Acted for the Respondent to an ICC arbitration claim in which we defended a claim that our client made false representations in order to induce the claimants to invest in a Bulgarian retail development, achieving a resounding victory for our client.
